Learn the fundamentals of yoga through a 5-week gradual progression intended to build knowledge of poses, sequences, relaxation techniques, and breathing for beginners.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 - 11:30 A.M.
Dates: January 24 - February 26
Location: Harmony & Flow Studios 819 & 820
Registration: January 12 - January 23

Participation in all Small Group Training Programs requires a Group Fitness membership (free).
