The Board of Trustees oversees all charitable, scientific and academic activities at the University of Pittsburgh. The Board holds three regular meetings a year (generally held in September, February and June), and standing Committees of the Board meet periodically throughout the year as needed. Official action, by a quorum of the members of the Board or Committee, takes place at meetings open to the public unless otherwise closed as permitted by the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act. The Office of the Secretary (email@example.com) coordinates all communication between the University community and the Board of Trustees. View more information.
