Second-year students in the Pitt-Greensburg Nursing Program will receive their white lab coats in a special ceremony on Wednesday, August 28.
This event is a significant milestone in the academic careers of our students because it marks the beginning of their clinical experiences. The distinctive white lab coats are a symbol of their first-year accomplishments and their readiness to begin applying what they've learned in a clinical setting.
Dr. Robert G. Gregerson, president of Pitt-Greensburg, and Dr. Marie Fioravanti, director of the Pitt-Greensburg Nursing Program, will officiate at this invitation-only ceremony that celebrates the success of our nursing students. Light refreshments will follow at a reception in the Mary Lou Campana Chapel and Lecture Center Lobby.
