About this Event
A powerful collaboration is underway between numerous entities including the Standards Coordinating Body (SCB), Regenerative Medicine Manufacturing Society (RMMS), RegenMed Development Organization (ReMDO), ISS National Laboratory, Axiom Space, NASA, NIH, NIST, Forsyth Tech, ATCC, and Montgomery College Bioscience Education Center.
Together, we are building ecosystems designed to propel the future of in-space biomanufacturing through standards innovation.
Our mission focuses on:
In-Space Manufacturing Alignment: Through future workshops, we’re aligning existing standards with the specific requirements of in-space biomanufacturing, setting the stage for scalable and sustainable production beyond Earth. Workforce Integration: We’re developing targeted training programs that integrate these standards with workforce development, equipping the next generation of professionals with essential skills for space biomanufacturing. Accelerating Regulatory Processes: By educating on the latest voluntary consensus standards, we’re speeding up approval timelines and ensuring safety and efficacy in space-based biomanufacturing.
Join us in building the future of biomanufacturing in space!
I’m excited to share an upcoming webinar organized by ReMDO/WFIRM and would appreciate it if you could help promote this event within your networks.
Register here to join us for what promises to be an insightful session! And please spread the word!
