The Stress Free Zone hopes to lessen the effects of limited social connectivity and gather Pitt students together for a Virtual Tea Time to discuss ways you've been dealing with the stressors of the current situation.

Hallie Stotsky, Coordinator of the SFZ, will be guiding discussion to discuss ways students are incorporating Mindfulness during this time of social distancing, as well as lead a Mindfulness Meditation.
