 rtual leadership dialogue and training aims to equip  graduate students wit
 h the skills necessary to lead\, communicate\, and work in diverse settings
 \, such as international development or diplomacy. In this interactive trai
 ning\, students will work in pairs\, small groups\, and teams to practice e
 mpathetic listening\, respectful communication\, and cultural understanding
 . \n\nFacilitated by Sakun Gajurel\, humanitarian\, development sector prof
 essional\, leader\, writer\, and peace builder. \n\nSakun is a 2021 Pitt UC
 IS Emerging Global Leader. Born and raised in Nepal\, she holds degrees in 
 international development policy from Duke University\, and development\, i
 nnovation and change from University of Bologna. As a development sector pr
 ofessional\, she has worked closely with many communities\, and values loca
 l knowledge in development efforts. She has worked for FAO\, WFP\, UNICEF\,
  and numerous others. \n\nFrom Pitt Public Health's Center for Global Healt
 h\, University Center for International Studies\, and Johnson Institute for
  Responsible Leadership at the Graduate School of Public and International 
 Affairs.
