We invite you to join us for an event with Ambassador Eric Rubin titled “U.S. Diplomacy in the 21st Century” on Wednesday, February 8, at 3:00 p.m. in Posvar Hall 3911. Dean Carissa Slotterback will provide introductory remarks, and there will be time for Q&A after the keynote.
Ambassador Rubin is a career foreign service officer who currently serves as President of the American Foreign Service Association (AFSA), which is the “union” for the U.S. Foreign Service. Prior to his current post, Amb. Rubin served as U.S. Ambassador to Bulgaria. Throughout his career, he has served overseas in Russia, Ukraine, Thailand, and Honduras, and has held many positions in Washington.
