Improve your health by managing stress better.
Learn how to tell good stress from bad, recognize the effects of stress, and practice stress-relieving relaxation techniques. You’ll leave this class with a new appreciation for how stress can harm your health, and a new awareness of how you can minimize its effects.
The UPMC MyHealth Less Stress Virtual Groups are free of charge for faculty and staff with UPMC Health Plan coverage.
Registration is open from Monday, June 1, through Friday, June 5. The six-week program begins Wednesday, June 24.
