Learn to improve your response to stress.
The MyHealth Less Stress program can help you learn how to better deal with the day-to-day hassles you face. This program teaches you skills that will ease the physical, mental, and emotional symptoms of stress. It will also reduce the effect of stress on your health and your well-being. There are six sessions, each led by a professional health coach who is an expert in helping people manage stress. The combination of a helpful workbook and toolkit, experienced health coach, and supportive group environment makes this program effective and fun!
The Less Stress Program is no-cost to all employees.
