About this Event
Every winter as sunlight dims and the days get shorter and colder, millions of people experience feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and low energy. Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a form of depression that can cause significant disruption to your life and finances. It can lead to low productivity at work or school, substance abuse, eating disorders, or suicidal thoughts and behaviors. In this presentation you will become more aware of what SAD is, the symptoms, and practical steps for overcoming SAD.
