About this Event
Are you interested in work with the federal Department of Health and Human Services but dazed by its "alphabet soup" of agencies? Learn about HHS's structure and opportunities from someone who has successfully navigated them.
Presented by Carl Lawson, associate vice chancellor for enrichment and engagement, health sciences and former commissioned officer with the U.S. Public Health Service.
Lawson will offer two identical sessions, both open to all in Pitt Health Sciences. January 27 is virtual and January 28 is in person. Enrolled students may get Grand Rounds credit for either session, but not both.
Please let us know if you require an accommodation in order to participate in this event. Accommodations may include live captioning, ASL interpreters, and/or captioned media and accessible documents from recorded events. At least 5 days in advance is recommended.
