 d Markets will host Tymofiy Mylovanov\, who will speak on the War in Ukrai
 ne. Mylovanov is President of the Kyiv School of Economics and Associate P
 rofessor of Economics at the University of Pittsburgh. The talk will be he
 ld at the Barco Law Building Room 111 and on Zoom. \n\nIn addition to his 
 roles at Pitt and the Kyiv School of Economics\, he served as the Minister
  of Economic Development\, Trade\, and Agriculture of Ukraine under Presid
 ent Volodymyr Zelensky. He has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of
  Wisconsin—Madison. His academic research is focused on game theory and 
 institutional design  and he has been published in prestigious academic jo
 urnals\, and he co-founded the Ukrainian think tank\,  VoxUkraine. \n\nMyl
 ovanov is one of the most dynamic speakers on issues of Transatlantic secu
 rity\, economic sanctions\, and many other topics.
