This optional virtual workshop is presented to support supervisors in implementing the Interim Flexible Work Arrangement Policy (IFWA) in their areas. The session will offer guidance on ways to have productive conversations with your team, ideas for thinking creatively about options available to you, and insight and resources to support you in making decisions that align with policy.
