Did you know that the Oakland campus has an underground network connecting green roofs, green infrastructure, and a chilled water system that keeps our campus buildings cool? Join the Pittsburgh Water Collaboratory, Pitt Sustainability, and Planning, Design and Construction for an above-ground tour of this underground network, and learn how this stormwater system and our Chilled Water plants work together to conserve water, minimize stormwater overflow, and save energy.
