Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi (LLM ’06) will present the 32nd annual McLean Lecture. Kliuchkovskyi is the Executive Director of the Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation Against Ukraine. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of international law and dispute resolution, during which he has earned recognition as one of the top Ukrainian lawyers in this field. As Executive Director, he organizes the methods for the submission of claims, and works with the organization’s Board of Directors, national governments, international bodies, and the government of Ukraine on mechanisms for their review and for possible future reparations.

CLE CREDIT: This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for one hour of substantive credit. There is a $30 fee for processing CLE credit for this event.
