Our Speaker: William H. Maruca
Bill Maruca is an Adjunct Professor of Law and a partner with the national law firm Fox Rothschild LLP. He has extensive experience in health care law, particularly the areas of HIPAA/HITECH, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, the Stark physician self-referral law, the False Claims Act, CLIA, EMTALA and other federal and state regulatory requirements. He represents physicians and other individual practitioners, hospitals and health systems, ambulatory surgical centers, imaging centers, durable medical equipment suppliers, physical therapy providers, ambulance providers, chiropractic clinics, and other health-related ventures with regard to their formation, contractual relationships and compliance with federal and state regulations, credentialing and medical staff matters, reimbursement, professional licensure, fraud and abuse and self-referral issues.

CLE Credit Information: This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for (1) hour of substantive credit. The processing fee for CLE credit has been waived for all participants of this event.

This program is approved by PACLE for 1.0 credit CLE and is free.
