The English Language Institute's Talk Time discussion groups provide international members of the Pitt community (students, staff, etc.) the opportunity to practice conversational English in an informal setting. No registration is required, but participation is limited and is on a first-come first-served basis for each weekly meeting.

Sessions are led by a highly proficient volunteer, typically a Pitt student who is interested in helping internationals improve their English or who is looking to gain experience working with international students . There is absolutely no teaching, tutoring, or assistance with assignments -- just casual, informal conversation practice!
