To provide care for others, we must first ensure our own good health. Join us for Take a Break, a free, informal, facilitated virtual group designed just for public health workers to focus on their own emotional health and well-being. The group meets monthly, providing participants with a supportive place to discuss their experiences, concerns, successes, and ideas with others who can relate and understand. Add it to your calendar today to improve your tomorrow.
