All Pitt faculty are invited to attend orientation events. As members of a vibrant academic community at one of the nation's top public research universities, we are here to support you as the new school year begins. Orientation events are open to all faculty, regardless of status, appointment, designation, or role.

This session introduces new faculty to the Student Success team’s role in advancing undergraduate retention, persistence, and graduation. Learn how the team collaborates with schools, colleges, and campus partners to deliver coordinated programming and holistic advising—and how faculty can contribute to and benefit from these efforts in support of student achievement. This session will also highlight how faculty can engage with Early Progress Reporting and Academic Referrals via Pathways to proactively identify and support students in need of timely intervention.

This session will be recorded.
