Master the basics in this 5-week journey with specialized sessions to elevate your strength and understanding of strength training. With emphasis on proper technique and a supportive group environment, unlock your potential and achieve holistic fitness.

Participation in all Small Group Training Programs requires a Group Fitness membership (free).
