Staff Council welcomes Laurel Gift, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Compliance, Investigations & Ethics Chief Privacy Officer.

As the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Compliance, Investigations, and Ethics, Laurel leads the CIE Office and serves as the University's Privacy Officer.  Laurel oversees the University’s compliance with privacy regulations, supports compliance efforts managed by other offices, leads investigations into misconduct, and oversees the implementation of the University’s ethics program. Her Spotlight presentation will focus on the Pitt Concern Connection.
