
This year's Esther Goldhaber Jacovitz Poetry Series will feature poet Jennifer Militello.
The event is free, open to the public, with Q&A and book signing afterwards.
Militello is the author of the The Pact (2021) and the memoir Knock Wood (2019, winner of the Dzanc Nonfiction Prize), as well as four previous books, including Body Thesaurus (2013, named one of the top books of 2013 by Best American Poetry) and Flinch of Song (winner of the Tupelo Press First Book Award).
Her work has appeared in The Nation, The New Republic, The Paris Review, POETRY, Poetry London, and Tin House.
Militello has taught at Brown University, the University of Massachusetts Lowell, the Rhode Island School of Design, and is currently a faculty member in the MFA program at New England College.
