Yoga classes will be taught by Pitt graduate student instructors. Morning classes will consist of more relaxing stretches while afternoon classes will be a bit more elevated. After your yoga session, you can make your way to the Kurtzman room to enjoy a free juice from LiveFresh as well as explore wellness opportunities that student organizations have to offer on campus.
