Sonic Connections is a year-long arts-based mental health program that equips students with life skills to thrive in the face of psychological challenges. Through music, they create space for people to navigate all of the thoughts and feelings that arise as they pursue the things that matter. The program is led by a team of expert facilitators and supports students through two key touchpoints:

LIVE WORKSHOP: A 90-minute immersive session, where students participate in music-centric activities that lay the groundwork for mental wellness and resilience.

CONTINUOUS SUPPORT: All participants gain access to become members of our exclusive community, featuring virtual trainings, mentoring + coaching sessions, live events, courses, and other mental health resources.

Outcomes of “Sonic Connections” include an empowered student body with self-care skills, streamlined counseling and wellness resources, and a healthier, more-connected campus community.
