Welcome to the Pitt School of Social Work Mentorship Program!
The goal of this program is to create impactful connections between social work students and alumni, through mentorship in career pathway exploration, leadership skill development, professionalism, licensure preparedness, and cultivating professional networks. All current undergraduate or graduate students and recent graduates (within five years of graduation) are eligible to participate as a mentee. Each mentee will be matched with one alumnus based on a combination of factors, including their mentor preferences that were indicated in the program registration application, and overlapping interests and area of specialization. Please note: Incomplete profiles will not be considered for matching.
