About this Event
This webinar provides an overview of the 16 personality types found in the NERIS Type Explore, a personality test similar to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Participants will have the opportunity to take the free 16 Personalities quiz prior to the training. In this webinar, participants will explore the strengths and weaknesses of the 16 personality types and discuss strategies to improve communication and work performance based on these categories.
