Most of the time, moms are depended on to have all the answers and to always know what is best.  As single-moms though, sometimes having to know everything all the time gets overwhelming, and leads to stress, anxiety, depression, burnout and so much more.

By attending this workshop, you'll:

  • Hear from three therapists, all of whom are moms, about their tips and tools for copying when you don't have all the answers
  • Interact with other fellow single-moms across the University of Pittsburgh
  • Participate in a fun self-care experience focused provided by Cassandra Spearman, the owner of Tea Snob

While this programming will focus on single moms, it is open to EVERYONE! All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
