The Collaborative Care Committee happily invites you to join us for a case discussion focused on ALS on Monday, November 7 at 4:30 PM! This series encourages all rehabilitation programs to join together to discuss student-created cases to promote interdisciplinary care before entering our respective professions. This case follows a patient diagnosed with ALS and how her interprofessional team can best support her care.
