About this Event
The Collaborative Care Committee happily invites you to join us for a case discussion focused on ALS on Monday, November 7 at 4:30 PM! This series encourages all rehabilitation programs to join together to discuss student-created cases to promote interdisciplinary care before entering our respective professions. This case follows a patient diagnosed with ALS and how her interprofessional team can best support her care. Come represent your discipline and add in your expertise to the discussion! Faculty, students, and staff are all welcome. Please use this link to register.
Please let us know if you require an accommodation in order to participate in this event. Accommodations may include live captioning, ASL interpreters, and/or captioned media and accessible documents from recorded events. At least 5 days in advance is recommended.
The Zoom link will be provided once you RSVP.
