DESCRIPTION:The Fall Safety Fair is a collaborative effort by the Student G
 overnment Board and the Department of Environmental Health and Safety to e
 ducate students and staff about safety resources and healthy habits at Pit
 t. Over 20 student organizations\, university departments\, and local Pitt
 sburgh groups will teach attendees self-defense tips\, public transportati
 on guidelines\, healthy nutritional habits\, sound environmental practices
 \, and much more. No registration is required\, and free pizza\, snacks\, 
 and drinks will be provided for all attendees. Students that record their 
 attendance will be entered into a raffle to win Apple Headphones\, JBL spe
 aker\, Pitt merchandise and Uber eats gift card donated from the Office of
  the Senior Vice Chancellor\, Business and Operations.\n\nParticipating or
 ganizations include the Pitt Police\, the Nursing Student Association\, Pi
 tt Campus Recreation\, the Allegheny County Health Department\, the Studen
 t Health Service\, the University Counseling Center\, POGOH\, and multiple
  others.\n\nThe fair will take place on the William Pitt Union Lawn on Oct
 ober 3rd from 11am until 2pm. (In the event of incident weather\, the fair
  will be moved to the William Pitt Union Ballroom.)
