Join us for this high-energy session that will focus on Situational Awareness, Boundary Setting & De-Escalation Tactics, Physical Resistance Options and Skills (including What's in Your Backpack?), and Survivor Advocacy and Follow Up. Through drills and simulations, we promise common-sense and practical discussion on personal safety. All participants will receive a Munio keyring self-defense tool.
