SETPoint Training

This is a past event.

SETPoint offers training that combines the physical resistance skills of traditional self-defense with confidence-building empowerment training. Join us for this high-energy session that will focus on Situational Awareness, Boundary Setting & De-Escalation Tactics, Physical Resistance Options and Skills (including What's in Your Backpack?), and Survivor Advocacy and Follow Up. Through drills and simulations, we promise common-sense and practical discussion on personal safety. All participants will receive a Munio keyring self-defense tool.

SETPoint provides coaching that is trauma-informed, survivor-centered, and inclusive. If you have questions about the session, contact us at michele@set-point.org.

Wednesday, October 23 at 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
