About this Event
As Generative AI continues to realign conversations and every aspect of our scholarly lives, Pitt's Research, Ethics and Society Initiative (RESI) continues to set the standard for thoughtful, informed, and ethical engagement with Generative AI and emerging digital technologies. This semester, the RESI is hosting a series of discussion-based events where leading scholars and experts explore how Generative AI is shaping—and being shaped by—interdisciplinary fields of study, and raising new ethical and practical concerns for students, scholars, and creators around the world.
All are welcome to join in a structured discussion with groundbreaking researchers and artists, led by RESI programming director Bridget Keown. These events will be of interest for faculty, researchers, and students from across the University who are looking for innovative engagement with Generative AI and seeking to engage critically with the ideas and developments shaping our digital futures.
Panel members: Bella Poynton, PhD & Brett Ashley Crawford, PhD
