The MyHealth Weigh to Wellness Program will teach you how to track your calories and activity to help you lose weight at a safe rate. This program covers calorie counting, physical activity, emotional eating, meal planning, and making healthy choices while dining out. This program consists of an orientation and eight sessions. Follow-up sessions at 30-, 90-, and 180-days will help you stay on track to continue your success with your weight loss goals.
The Weigh to Wellness Program is no-cost to all employees.

Times: Thursdays 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Award: Up to 20 points per session
