The Governance, Nominating, and Trusteeship Committee manages the Board of Trustees’ governance processes and nominating procedures to maintain a Board comprised of trustees with the appropriate mix of experience, skills, backgrounds, and independence to effectively carry out the Board’s responsibilities in the best interest of the University; and advises the Board and its leadership on trustees’ execution of their duties and responsibilities to the Board and University.
