Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor Joseph McCarthy is holding virtual monthly office hours for all faculty, staff, and students. He invites you to use this forum as an opportunity to meet with her directly to share suggestions, feedback, and concerns.

No appointment is necessary; Provost McCarthy will meet with office hour visitors in the order in which they arrive.

What to Expect

Please note that participants will wait in a virtual “waiting room” after joining the meeting, and Provost McCarthy will meet with participants in the order they arrive. Depending on the number of attendees, this could be a fairly long wait. 

Also note that no notice is given before you are connected to Provost McCarthy. When it is your turn to meet with Provost McCarthy, he will appear on screen in the Zoom window.

Please be aware that office hours will end promptly at the endtime. If you do not make the time cut-off or are not able to connect for any other reason, please email provost@pitt.edu with questions.
