Congressman Raskin represents Maryland’s 8th District in the US House of Representatives. The Congressman, a constitutional law scholar, serves on the House Judiciary Committee and was the House’s lead manager in the impeachment trial of then-President Donald Trump. He is the author of several best-selling books, including Unthinkable: Trauma, Truth, and the Trials of American Democracy and Overruling Democracy: The Supreme Court versus the American People.
Congressman Raskin will address threats to American elections and democracy—and his optimism for the American experiment. His remarks will be followed by a discussion with Pitt Cyber Founding Director David Hickton.
