Power of Plants (Virtual Lunch and Learn)

This presentation involves a lifestyle medicine intervention that can decrease or prevent many chronic health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and certain types of cancer. A plant-based diet includes a wide variety of plant foods that are satisfying, delicious, and healthful, including leafy greens, whole fruits, legumes or dried beans, whole grains, seeds, and nuts. Learning more about the “power of plants” can support a healthier, longer, and improved quality of life.
