Heinz Chapel is partnering with Pitt Sustainability for National Pollinator’s Month with a special tour in June.

Pollinators not only play a vital role in ecosystems and food production, they also serve as meaningful symbols in architecture and stained-glass. Learn how butterflies, bees, squirrels, lilies, roses and more work together in the pollination process while also symbolizing diligence, transformation, and divine work as shown in the gothic artistry of Heinz Chapel and its adjacent English garden.  This 45-minute tour starts in the Chapel’s beautiful English garden and moves to the magnificent stained glass windows inside and a chance to hear the Chapel’s pipe organ.

Free for Pitt students. $5 for General Admission. Reserve your spot here.
