In honor of National Poetry Month, Heinz Memorial Chapel is proud to showcase the work of the late Janet Jai, a beloved Highland Park poet and artist. Throughout April, visitors can experience “PoemArts”—Janet jai's unique fusion of poetry and striking visual design—on display within the Chapel. The exhibition will be open during Heinz Chapel’s regular visiting hours: Sunday through Thursday, 10 AM to 4 PM, with the exception of the following Sundays: April 6th, April 13th, and April 27th. 

In addition to the visual exhibition, Heinz Chapel will feature a special Poetry in Sound series, with recordings by Shakespeare, Emily Dickenson and more,  played over the Chapel’s sound system every Tuesday from 12 PM to 1 PM throughout April.
