The Pittsburgh Memorial Mandala will be installed by PITT ARTS Resident Artist Terry S. Hardy.
This temporary piece of public art is a large mandala made of flowers stapled onto plywood that honors loss of life in Pittsburgh and its diversity, and includes some imagery from Native tribes from this area.
