12:00 pm - 1:15 pm (Zoom Session)
This virtual crash course will provide an introductory overview of PittPRO, the University’s IRB submission system. The intended audience are those new to PittPRO and those who would benefit from an introductory refresher. Training will include instructions for accessing and navigating PittPRO, the basics of submitting a study to the IRB, and brief instructions for submitting modifications and continuing reviews. It is applicable to all categories of human participant research.
The crash course delivers a substantial amount of information in a short time, and the presentation does not allow time for questions about specific submissions and will not cover sIRB or multi-site studies. Submission-specific questions regarding PittPRO should be directed to your IRB Reviewer or askirb@pitt.edu.
Registration for this virtual session is required.
Speaker: Juliet Mancino, MS, RDN, CDE, CIP - Research Review Analyst
