Currently a faculty member at Louisiana State University, Dr. Rabalais has earned some incredible accolades for an expansive career in research including a Heinz Award in 2011 and a MacArthur Fellowship in 2012. The presentation serves as a kickoff event to the UHC Water Sustainability Scholar Community and is co-sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh Water Collaboratory for Water Research, Education, and Outreach and the Water Institute of the Gulf.
