About this Event
The Human Resources Office is hosting the annual Flu Shot Clinic for Faculty and Staff. The clinic will be held on September 21, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Assembly Hall, Murtha Center Building.
Don’t forget to fill out the Vaccine Consent form and bring it with you, along with your insurance card, to the clinic.
A student flu shot clinic is also in the works!
Please let us know if you require an accommodation in order to participate in this event. Accommodations may include live captioning, ASL interpreters, and/or captioned media and accessible documents from recorded events. At least 5 days in advance is recommended.
