DOUBLE DOWN doesn’t have a fancy curriculum or worksheets or anything too off the wall. All we do is meet at the gym every Tuesday and Thursday at 6am, pray as a group, share the verse of the day, then pair off and workout/lift in groups ,encouraging one another, reciting the verse to each other and seeking God on how it applies. And last we pray again together as a group.
