Join the CAE and Conference Services teams as we offer a space for you to see the current planning calendar for Spring 2023.  We have our anchored major campus events already in place but want to help you find the ideal time and location for your annual or new activities! 

This event is a drop in and optional activity for registered student organizations. However, it will be a great opportunity for you to secure spaces (including reserving the log cabin for events) and to reserve your meeting spaces for your organization meetings.  

Bring your ideal dates and ideas and also bring your flexibility in order to find the best option where facilities, food service, and more are able to offer you the best support.   Fundraiser conversations can also occur here!
