The Student Government Association in partnership with the Campus Activities and Engagement Office invites the presidents of our registered student organizations to attend the meeting on Monday, January 13 at 6:30 pm in Blackington 134 for a special presentation. 

Each year, as determined by the Student Government Constitution, Campus Activities and Engagement is invited in to address important dates, deadlines, and opportunities for our registered student organizations.  Meeting attendance of our registered groups is required. We appreciate your flexibility with the new academic schedule and its impact on communicating these events. 

All provisionally registered clubs are also invited to attend.  This meeting allows students to understand what is required to be a registered student organization in good standing. We will also be reviewing the budget timeline and process for the upcoming year. 

We will be introducing you to Marcie Brown, Business Manager for Student Affairs and Athletics, who replaced John Ziats who moved to a different department. We will talk specifically about ordering, travel, and all club spending for the Spring 2025 term. 

A couple of more things: 

If you are a president who is not able to attend, we invite you to send a member of your executive board. 

Students may NOT represent more than one registered student group. 

If you have a Student Senator who is a member of your organization, they cannot represent you at the meeting. 

Those clubs that are registered and do not send a delegate FROM THEIR ROSTER, will be given a deduction at budget time. 

Advisors do not need to attend. They will be receiving special correspondence. 

If you are a club sport, we invite you to meet with Kelly Devett at this meeting immediately following the all-club meeting.
