The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg will host a blood drive with Vitalant. The drive is open to the public as long as the Westmoreland County community COVID rating stays between the low and medium ranges. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins will be accepted.

Vitalant is offering blood donors the chance to win one of 24 $500 pre-paid gift cards when blood, platelets, or plasma is donated between Jan. 6 and Feb. 10. Entry is automatic into this national drawing. Winners will be notified by Vitalant. • If you have donated with Vitalant/Central Blood Bank in the past, choose “Donor Login.”
