As part of her visit to campus and the surrounding communities, award-winning children's author/illustrator Lindsay Barrett George will lead a workshop for Pitt-Greensburg students interested in illustrating a book.
This is one of three workshops that George will lead on campus. She is widely recognized for her striking illustrations of animals, birds, and fish who seemingly come alive in their habitats and picturesque words that bring stories to life.
This workshop is sponsored by the Academic Village and is funded in part by grants from the Pitt Year of Creativity and the Pennsylvania Rural Arts Alliance.
