Pitt-Greensburg faculty and staff are invited to participate in the Flu Clinic to be held on campus Friday, Oct. 1, from 7:30 a.m to noon in Village Hall.

Sign-up link for appointments, consent form, and vaccine information statement all were included in an email that was distributed Sept. 16 to faculty and staff @pitt email addresses. 

Please register for a time slot, and please bring your completed and signed vaccine consent form with you to the clinic. Remember to attach a copy of your medical/prescription cards (front and back) to the consent form. This minimizes handling and allows the clinic to run efficiently.
