Optimize your success as a trainee by developing the skills necessary for decreasing stress and promoting personal wellness! Participate in this three-session, evidence-based series that focuses on self-care with a cohort of your peers and led by Dr. Laura J. Dietz, a licensed clinical psychologist and associate professor at the University of Pittsburgh. This program was developed in 2020 through a Forge Your Own Path grant from the University and piloted with graduate students in SHRS. This impactful program is now being made available to Pitt trainees across the health sciences!
