Exposures to environmental agents, including medications, vaccines, chemicals, substances, and infections during pregnancy and lactation are common. While some exposures may increase risks to the fetus or infant for adverse outcomes, many have not been well studied in humans.  MotherToBaby is a national program that provides a both a counseling and research platform to test hypotheses about risk or safety of exposures, and to translate findings to better inform the individual patient and provider
